Spiritual Master Coach, Yoga And Meditation Mentor
I am Edith Torres, also known by my spiritual name, Mahadevi. As a Master Teacher and Spiritual Mentor, my life’s work is dedicated to guiding others toward inner peace, self-love, strength, wellness, and balance. Through my journey, I have completed extensive training and accomplished life-changing inner transformations that allow me to serve as a professional guide to help you manifest the life of your dreams—experiencing balance, self-love, health, and freedom.
My spiritual path began in childhood when my mother introduced me to meditation and mindfulness, planting the seeds for lifelong growth and self-discovery. I deepened my practice through studies under Yogi Hari in Florida, earning certifications in Sampoorna Yoga (500 and 300 hours). To further enrich my journey, I spent two transformative years at Peaceful Valley Ashram in Pennsylvania, immersing myself in bhakti, raja, hatha, karma, nada, and jnana yogas, as well as studying meditation, Ayurveda, panchakarma treatments, community activities, and profound chakra studies. These experiences have become the foundation of my commitment to helping others achieve harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to yoga, I’ve completed studies in MasterMind Life Coaching, Massage Therapy, Enneagram, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, also attended seminars with Joe Dispenza. These accomplishments contribute to a holistic approach in my teachings, helping others unlock their potential and discover their true purpose.
Currently, I offer residential courses in Puerto Rico, including at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute Puerto Rico – Living Foods, where I collaborate with dedicated teachers to help individuals heal and reconnect with themselves. My teachings integrate meditation, yoga, and spiritual guidance to inspire and empower others on their path to self-realization and personal transformation.
With over 25 years of experience, my approach focuses on creating balance and well-being by combining ancient wisdom with modern techniques.
